I am an 12 year old spayed
female German Shepherd. I was adopted at 5 1/2
years old. People are amazed at my age. I am a
sensitive dog and sometimes fearful. Although
I’ve had some medical difficulties, I still
love to play ball, carry toys, go for walks and
car rides. My favorite treats are greenies. I
also like rawhide flat chews, meaty bones, and
stuffed kongs.
I sometimes need chiropractic adjustments because
I have a bad hip and have suffered a ruptured
disc in my neck. Because of my age and my overall
health I did not go thru surgery but instead took
many months of taking it lightly. That meant no
walks or ball playing. All I did was go to the
yard for bathroom breaks and carry my toys and
ball hoping for some fun. Since the rupture I
have been taking Dermaxx and am also on thyroid
medicine.

I am a 8 year-old neutered male
German Shepherd adopted at 2 years & 4
months. I am from very strong working lines and
prior to being adopted, I spent most of my early
life kenneled in a garage. Needless to say when I
was adopted the world of smells, sight and sounds
were overwhelming. Since then I have learned my
manners as well as how to be a good pet. I have
also learned how to play ball and tug games. I
love chewing on meaty bones, rawhide, frozen
meat, greenies, and stuffed kongs. I also love
car rides and long walks. I am happiest when I
have things to do.
A few years back I had
intestinal surgery to repair a blockage which
occurred after I swallowed something. The vets
were great and saved my life. I have some
allergies and am also on thyroid medicine.
